Fly-fishing skills in casting and fly-tying are taught to Disabled Veterans and Wounded Warriors through the Martinsburg VA Medical Center as part of the national Project Healing Waters Fly-fishing program (PHWFF). This program was started and is implemented by Winchester VA Trout Unlimited members working with Recreational Therapists at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. |
