One of the featured artists for this weekend's artist reception (Oct. 17 at 1:00 pm) is Bea Locklear Brayboy, a self taught Lumbee Indian Artist from North Carolina. Bea is a retired school teacher and enjoys time with her grandchildren and volunteering in her community. Bea accepted the Three Sister's Regional | Art Challenge and produced five master pieces. This 16 x 20 mixed media piece is titled "Celebrating the Harvest" and is on sale and display at the Barns of Rose Hill cultural community center 95 Chalmers Court Berryville, Va. 22611 Oct. 17 - Nov. 21.
